Hi, I am Neil, a Therapeutic Coach based in Newbury, Berkshire.
As well as focusing on setting and achieving goals, my approach will also enable you to explore emotional and psychological barriers that may prevent progress. So you might work through past experiences, traumas, or emotional patterns that influence your current behaviour. It's about setting meaningful goals, but also taking a deeper look at underlying issues that may hinder progress, such as self-limiting beliefs, fears, or unresolved emotional pain.
I will support you in developing an understanding of your thought patterns, emotional responses, and behaviours. This self-awareness can help you better manage emotions and make informed choices.
So therapeutic coaching does not dwell on the past like traditional therapy. Instead, it focuses on helping you process and understand your emotions in a way that allows you to move forward and achieve your desired goals.

Free initial in-person, telephone or online session
Additional information
My fee is £60.00 for a session of 50 minutes. However I can offer less frequent but longer sessions, rates available on request.
