About me
I coach and mentor people of all ages and backgrounds, both in life and business.
I am currently focusing on helping people who struggle with the effects of screen addiction, including smartphones, social media, influencers, gaming, shopping, news, and gambling. People come to me for themselves and/or their children.
I have dedicated the past few years to researching the impact of screens and their addictive nature on the unsuspecting world population. I have created a programme, Combat Screen Addiction, to help people understand and combat the problems screen addiction poses, coaching them to be more resilient, balanced, and in control of how they use their screens.
I am passionate about awakening your senses to how many organisations create applications, where their number one requirement and desire is to capture your attention at any cost.
Screen addiction is an ever-increasing problem and now at an epic scale, especially among teens and young children. Anxiety, stress, loneliness, bullying, online bullying, harassment (both mental and physical), polarisation, misinformation, racism, sexism, hate, self-harm, and suicide are some of the by-products of screen addiction.
Now is the time to take responsible action to help yourself and/or your children take back control of your lives, rebuild relationships, and create a positive, happier, healthier lifestyle.
