You know something needs to change, you just don't know what.
You're doing all the things you're supposed to do, holding everything together, showing up for everyone else. Life looks fine on paper, but underneath you feel abit lost.
Maybe you're questioning what you're doing with your life, wondering where you've gone underneath all the roles you play, or feeling stuck between knowing something needs to change and having absolutely no idea what that change looks like.
Many describe feeling like passengers in their own lives. Life is happening, but it doesn't feel like theirs. They're running on autopilot, putting themselves last without even noticing anymore, and struggling to hear what they actually want underneath the noise of expectations, responsibilities and overthinking.
I understand - for years, I was very good at being what everyone else needed me to be. I was the reliable one, the people-pleaser, the person who could wear all the hats. From the outside, life looked successful and put together. Inside, I couldn't have told you what I actually wanted anymore or who I was underneath it all.
Getting back to myself wasn't about blowing up my life or finding a magical answer. It was about learning to understand myself more deeply, reconnect with what mattered, and start making decisions that felt like mine rather than ones that I thought I should make.

Together, we'll create space to slow down, identify the patterns keeping you stuck, reconnect with who you are underneath all the hats you wear, and create a clear picture of what you want your next chapter to look like. What you need to feel more fulfilled, energised and aligned. To come home to yourself.
My approach is holistic because I don't believe feeling stuck is just a mindset problem. The way we think, feel, behave and move through the world are all connected. That's why our work might include exploring your values, needs, patterns, boundaries, energy, identity and the life you're creating around you.
You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you want.
Most people come to me because they don't! You just need to know that the way things are right now isn't working any more.

I offer a range of coaching options depending on the level of support you're looking for.
Sessions are available as standalone clarity sessions, as well as longer coaching programmes designed to help you create meaningful and lasting change.
All coaching begins with a free 30-minute connection call, to explore what's bringing you to coaching, any questions you have and whether we're a good fit to work together.
Current services include:
• The Compass Call (£44.44)– for when you can see the options, you just can't bloody choose between them.. a single coaching session designed to get you out of your own head and onto a direction. We'll look at what each option would actually give you, what matters most to you underneath all the practical stuff, and where your head, heart, and gut are pointing. Even if they're all pointing in completely different directions right now.
• Wayfinder Programme (£333.33) – a six-session coaching journey from "I don't recognise myself anymore" to genuinely knowing what you want — and having a direction that feels, properly and unapologetically, yours. We look at who you actually are when you take off all the hats. What you actually value and need. The patterns that keep pulling you off course (we all have them, zero judgement here). What a life would look and feel like when not just getting through the week. And then we'll figure out the pathway towards it.
• Next Chapter Coaching (from £155.55)– when you know where you're headed, you just need someone to make sure you actually get there. Focused, practical support over 3 or 6 sessions to help you break your direction down into actual steps and move through them. Faster than you would on your own, without sliding back into autopilot every time things get busy. Whether it's a career shift, getting out of a relationship that's run its course, building a routine that doesn't wipe you out — we work out what needs to happen, in what order, and I'll be there making sure it does.

Further information
I work primarily online via Google Meet, allowing clients to access coaching from wherever they feel most comfortable. I also offer coaching in person across the Fylde Coast, outdoors or in a hired space (fees will incur additional cost for space hire).
My Coaching Approach
One of the concepts I often use is Pilot vs Passenger. When we're in passenger mode, life can feel like something that's happening to us. We react, cope, overthink and keep going, often without stopping to ask whether the direction we're heading is actually right for us.
When we're in pilot mode, we're more connected to ourselves. We understand what matters to us, make choices more intentionally and feel more able to shape the direction of our lives.
Coaching helps you understand where you've slipped into passenger mode, what's keeping you there, and what would help you take the controls again.
My coaching style is warm, supportive and thought-provoking. I look at the full picture: what you're thinking, what you're feeling, what's draining you, what you actually value, what patterns keep pulling you off course. Not just the surface thing you come in with, but what's underneath it.
I won't tell you what to do. You genuinely have the answers already — you've just got a lot of noise in the way. What I will do is ask the questions you might be avoiding, cheer you on loudly, and occasionally — with love — point out when you're making excuses for yourself.
It tends to feel like a conversation with a friend who happens to know exactly what to ask. Comfortable, a bit challenging and a little bit fun!
