As a Health and Wellbeing Coach, I help midlife women feel stronger, healthier, more confident, and more like themselves again.

Because let’s be honest, nobody warned us that midlife could come with stubborn weight gain, restless nights, fluctuating hormones, disappearing energy levels, and the sudden urge to walk into a room and wonder why we’re there.

My approach focuses on the whole woman, because lasting wellbeing isn’t just about what’s on your plate or how often you exercise. It’s about your mindset, habits, health, confidence, stress levels, and how you feel in your own skin.

Whether you’re struggling with weight loss, anxiety, low energy, lack of motivation, or simply feeling disconnected from the vibrant woman you used to be, you’re not alone. I work with women who are ready to stop putting themselves last and start prioritising their health, happiness, and future.

Together, we’ll create simple, sustainable changes that support your body, strengthen your mind, and help you embrace healthy ageing with confidence. From movement and nutrition to mindset and self-care, I’ll help you build a lifestyle that works for you, not against you.

Training, qualifications & experience

With over 18 years of experience in health, fitness, and wellbeing, I bring together professional expertise, practical knowledge, and real-life experience to support women on their journey to better health and wellbeing.

My qualifications include certifications in Health & Wellbeing Coaching, Life Coaching, Advanced Holistic Mindset Coaching, Advanced Fitness Training, and Pilates Instruction. Over the years, I’ve helped women improve their physical health, strengthen their mindset, increase their confidence, and create sustainable lifestyle habits that support long-term wellbeing and healthy ageing.

But qualifications are only part of the story.

As a mother of four who transitioned from full-time homemaker to building a thriving wellness business, I understand the challenges many women face in midlife. The juggling act, the changing priorities, the loss of confidence, the shifting body, the endless demands on your time, and the occasional feeling that everyone else’s needs come before your own.

I’ve also learned that true wellbeing goes far beyond diet plans and exercise programmes. The way we think, the beliefs we hold about ourselves, and the stories we tell ourselves have a powerful impact on our health, happiness, and ability to thrive.

That’s why my coaching combines movement, mindset, nutrition, healthy habits, and self-care to help you create lasting change from the inside out. My mission is to help women feel stronger, healthier, more energised, and more confident—not just for today, but for the years ahead.
