About me
Is your ADHD affecting your home life, work or finances?
I’m an accredited ADHD coach (ICF, ADDCA, PAAC) and former Financial Adviser for 13 years, who has built successful businesses. I thrive on helping people like you build confidence, feel empowered, and work with your ADHD brain.
Together, we’ll work toward you feeling more capable at home, at work, and in control of your money.
While anyone can call themselves an ADHD coach, you can feel safe knowing I have completed rigorous, internationally recognised training over a number of years focused on the neuroscience of ADHD. I combine this with lived experience to offer coaching that’s grounded, supportive and realistic to help you to work with your brain, not against it.
If you’re struggling to be the partner, parent or colleague you want to be, or often feel exhausted, overwhelmed, stuck, or unable to start or finish what needs to be done, we can work together to change that. Coaching with me is practical, collaborative and non-judgemental. I’ll help you understand what’s getting in the way, uncover and use your hidden strengths, and work towards specific, measurable outcomes that matter to you.

Why I became an ADHD Coach:
Before my ADHD diagnosis in 2016, life looked good on the outside. I’d built a successful business but inside, I was burned out, anxious, and constantly doubting myself. I felt trapped, disconnected from my family, and couldn’t understand why things felt so hard.
Discovering ADHD coaching changed everything. Through my own journey, and supporting my daughter through hers, I realised I wanted to do more than help people manage their money. I wanted to help them feel understood and empowered. Now, I use my lived experience and professional training to support others who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like they’re constantly falling short, even when they’re doing their best.
What coaching with me looks like:
My coaching provides a safe, non-judgemental space where we explore how your ADHD brain works, build on your natural strengths, and develop systems that genuinely support the life you want.
We’ll look at both the practical and emotional side of things like:
- Identity
- Independence
- deadlines
- Finances
- routines
- Relationships.
Who I work with:
I work with adults and A-Level/university students who are navigating life with ADHD or have ADHD symptoms. Whether you’re struggling with deadlines, feel overwhelmed, find it difficult to focus, procrastinate, or trying to make sense of your finances, I’m here to help you uncover your strengths and move forward with confidence.
A unique focus: ADHD and Financial Coaching:
Though no longer a practising financial adviser, I bring years of experience to ADHD-specific financial coaching. If you need regulated advice, I can introduce you to trusted professionals. My focus is helping you reduce financial stress, build practical systems, and feel more in control of your money, in a way that works for your brain.
