About me
I offer holistic, psychology-informed and neurodiversity-aware coaching for people who want to build a healthier, more honest relationship with themselves, their body, food, habits, and the way they live.
Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burnt out, disconnected, or caught in patterns they can no longer ignore. This may show up as low confidence, emotional eating, poor boundaries, people-pleasing, difficulty with motivation, body image struggles, stress, or a constant need to start over. Beneath these patterns, there is often a deeper struggle with self-trust, self-worth, emotional regulation, and how they relate to themselves day to day.
My work is holistic and practical. I do not believe meaningful change comes from pressure, shame, or simply pushing harder. I help clients slow down, understand what is really going on, and make changes that feel realistic, supportive, and sustainable. Together, we may explore mindset, habits, emotional patterns, body image, stress, relationships, food, movement, identity, and the wider context of a person’s life.
I work with both neurotypical and neurodivergent clients. My approach is neurodiversity-aware, which means I pay attention to different ways of thinking, processing, communicating, regulating emotions, building habits, and navigating daily life. I do not expect clients to fit into a rigid model; I adapt the work to the individual.
My approach is tailored because no two people are the same, and meaningful change does not happen through a one-size-fits-all method. I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space while gently challenging clients when needed, so they can build greater self-awareness, self-trust, confidence, and a more grounded way of moving through life.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have over 10 years of experience working across health, wellbeing, fitness, coaching, and behaviour change, supporting clients with a wide range of personal, emotional, and behavioural challenges.
My background integrates personal training, executive coaching, counselling skills, psychology-informed practice, emotional wellbeing, and behaviour change. I am currently completing an MSc in Psychology, which is a BPS-accredited programme. My training also includes the COSCA Counselling Skills Certificate, Professional Certified Coach credential, Certified Executive Coach training, Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders & Obesity training, Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach qualification, and 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.
I also undertake ongoing professional development across neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism, as well as anxiety, attachment, identity development, developmental trauma, body image, emotional regulation, and behaviour change. This informs the way I work with both neurotypical and neurodivergent clients, always adapting support to the individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
My work is thoughtful, practical, holistic, and psychologically informed. I aim to offer coaching that supports the whole person, not just isolated goals or surface-level habits.
