About us
Hello my name is Louise and I am a certified Life coach, certified Image consultant, studied counselling and the creator of Colourful.
I am here to help you live the life you want to live. I can help you explore how things can be different for you. My coaching approach is focused and warm. I want you to feel safe and comfortable throughout the sessions and leave feeling brighter, positive and confident about yourself and situation.
I have been a Life coach since 2021. I am trained in a wide range of different techniques. This means i can adapt to you and find the right approach for your unique personality and situation. I have worked with people throughout my career and accumulated some of my own personal life lessons along the way.
Life Coaching is all about you and what you want to achieve in your life. The focus is on positive change and finding the best path for you to take. It starts with clarifying where you are now, where would you like to be and the obstacles that seem to be in the way. The next step is to put a practical plan together of how you are actively going to get there.
