About me
I provide life coaching to women who may feel stuck in their lives and/or that their low self confidence is holding them back.
Coaching may include confidence coaching, support on setting boundaries, discovering your true values and purpose and realising your self worth so you can step out of the shadows and live life to its fullest. I provide a calm, safe and nurturing space and use effective tools and strategies to support both your nervous system and thought processes (body and mind).
I help by:
Being friendly, supportive and non-judgemental, giving you space to talk and support you to explore which areas of your life you want to improve.
Developing your awareness to help you understand how you think about yourself and situations, questioning the accuracy of this and how to change limiting beliefs.
Supporting realistic goal setting and steps to achieve them.
Suggesting different ways to soothe your nervous system such as breathing techniques and meditation so you can choose what works for you.
Empowering you with the skills to continue progressing on your own after the sessions have finished.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a BA (Hons) in Social Science and also a BSc (Hons) in Clinical Language Science. I am also an experienced NHS professional specialising in speech and language therapy.
I have completed a Professional Life Coach Certification and I am also a qualified Highly Sensitive Person Professional Coach which required completing 50 hours of coaching sessions. I have continued coaching since.

Additional information
The price includes a full hour of online coaching with a follow up email summarising the session with agreed action points as well as any supporting resources to be provided as appropriate.
(The fee also covers the planning time needed for a client before each session).
