About me
I’m Louise Crockett, an ICF-accredited Life and Business Coach based in Winchester, working with clients both locally and online.
I support capable, thoughtful people who look like they’ve got it all together on the outside - but privately wrestle with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, overthinking and perfectionism.
Many of my clients are professionals, business owners, leaders or parents navigating big responsibilities. They’re not lacking ability - they’re often high achievers - but they’re tired of the constant inner pressure and second-guessing.
My coaching creates a calm, structured space to think clearly. A space where you can:
- Build genuine confidence (not performative confidence)
- Quiet the inner critic
- Make decisions with clarity
- Take action on things you’ve been putting off
- Move forward without needing everything to be perfect first
My style is warm, grounded and non-directive. I won’t tell you what to do. Instead, I’ll help you think at a deeper level, challenge assumptions, and find your own answers - in a way that creates lasting change.
Training, qualifications & experience
- Associate Certified Coach (ACC) – International Coaching Federation
- Trained with Barefoot Coaching Ltd (ICF-accredited Level 2 programme)
- Working towards Postgraduate qualification in Coaching (University of Chester pathway)
The ICF accreditation means my coaching meets internationally recognised standards, including core competencies and a strict code of ethics.
Before retraining as a coach, I ran a successful Virtual Assistant business for several years, working closely with founders, business owners and senior professionals. This experience gave me deep insight into leadership pressure, decision fatigue, perfectionism and the unseen mental load of running a business or career.
Alongside my professional background, I’m also a mother of two and actively involved in my local community. I understand first-hand the reality of juggling ambition, responsibility and identity.
Member organisations
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

- Clarify what you’d like to get from it
- Answer any questions you may have
- Ensure we’re the right fit for each other
The relationship between coach and client is important. This call gives you the opportunity to experience my style and approach before making any commitment.

Further information
Sessions are available 1:1 either online or in person in Winchester, Hampshire.
Coaching is suitable if you are:
- Feeling stuck despite being capable
- Battling imposter syndrome
- Navigating a transition (career, leadership, parenthood, business growth)
- Struggling with confidence or self-trust
- Wanting clarity before making a significant decision
Coaching is not therapy, mentoring or advice-giving. It is a structured, forward-focused conversation designed to help you think more clearly and move forward with intention.
If you’re looking for a coach who combines professionalism with warmth - and who understands the quiet pressure high-achievers place on themselves - I’d be delighted to hear from you.
