About me
I'm a Somatic Coach and facilitator drawn to the idea of rerooting ourselves and reconnecting to our humanity.
I work 1:1 with women who are feeling stuck, frustrated, burnt out, and disconnected, to slowly come back home to themselves. Using my signature Worth.Wisdom.Voice framework, we foster a foundation of confidence, clarity, and self-trust.
All of my coaching is approached via a non-directive and trauma-informed lens; my role is not to give advice or opinion. Instead, I walk alongside my clients, creating and holding a non-judgemental space for them to tune into themselves, actively reflect on what is coming up, and slowly figure out the path forward.
