About me
I coach people who are fed up with their own bullshit.
You probably don’t need another podcast, book, or five-step morning routine.
You already know what you should be doing.
And yet… here you are. Still stuck. Still overthinking. Still going round the same loop.
It's not because you’re lazy or broken. It’s because there’s something underneath it all that hasn’t been looked at properly yet.
That’s where I come in.
What it’s like to work with me
We’ll meet on Zoom for one-hour sessions.
We won’t just set goals and hope for the best. We’ll actually look at what’s getting in your way. The patterns, the beliefs, the habits that made sense once but are now quietly running the show.
I’m interested in the stuff underneath the surface.
How you think.
How you react.
What you’ve learned about yourself over time.
And then, importantly, what you actually want instead.
Clients often tell me they feel a mix of relief and “oh… right” moments in our sessions. The kind that shift things, not just talk about them.
You’ll get warmth, honesty, and the occasional well-timed nudge when you’re hiding behind your own excuses.
Who I work with
Most of the people I work with look like they’ve got it together.
They’re capable, thoughtful, often the one everyone else relies on.
But underneath that there’s usually overthinking, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or a low-level hum of stress that never quite switches off.
Sometimes there’s a clear reason they’ve come.
A career change, relationship stuff, becoming a parent, grief.
Sometimes it’s quieter than that.
Just the sense that life doesn’t quite fit anymore.
My approach
My work blends practical coaching with psychological insight.
I’m trained and accredited (EMCC), and I draw on approaches like Transactional Analysis, CBT, and person-centred coaching. But more importantly, I know how to sit with you as a human being and help you make sense of your own patterns.
I won’t give you fluff.
I won’t promise overnight transformations.
And I definitely won’t tell you to quit your job and “manifest” a new life on a beach somewhere.
We’ll work with your real life. Your actual constraints. And find ways forward that are honest and doable.
A bit about me
I’ve spent over 12 years supporting people through anxiety, stress, and life transitions.
I’ve also lived through my own fair share of “what am I doing with my life?” moments. From feeling completely stuck in a corporate job to building a life that fits me better, moving countries, raising a family, and doing things I once thought were well beyond me.
So I don’t come at this from a textbook. I come at it from lived experience, alongside solid training.
Working together
I’m warm, but I’m not going to collude with the part of you that wants to stay small.
We’ll go at a steady pace, but we won’t avoid the important stuff.
You don’t need to be “fixed”. You’re not broken.
But if you’re ready to understand yourself properly, make braver choices, and build a life that actually feels like yours, we’ll get on well.
If that sounds like your kind of thing, I’d love to hear from you.
