Coaching Parents and young people who are NEET.

About us

I work with young men aged 16–24 who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET) to rebuild confidence, emotional intelligence, and readiness to re-engage with work, training, or further education.

Many of the young men I support are not lacking motivation or ability; they are struggling with low self-belief, emotional regulation, anxiety, and a loss of direction following negative educational or social experiences.

Through structured one-to-one coaching, I help young men:

  • Understand and regulate their emotions
  • Develop confidence and self-belief
  • Strengthen communication and social skills
  • Rebuild identity and purpose
  • Take practical, supported steps back into education, training, or employment

My approach combines emotional intelligence development, confidence-building, and practical action planning, bridging the gap between psychological readiness and real-world re-engagement.

Alongside my coaching practice, I work professionally as a SENCo and education specialist, which allows me to understand the educational, emotional, and systemic barriers many young men face and how to support them effectively.

Additional information

Discovery Call – Free (30 Minutes)
I offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery call for parents or young men interested in exploring coaching.

This call is an opportunity to:

  • Discuss the current situation and challenges
  • Clarify goals and desired outcomes
  • Explain how my coaching process works
  • Assess whether we are a good fit to work together
  • There is no pressure or obligation. Coaching is most effective when the client feels ready and willing to engage in change, so this initial conversation ensures the process feels right for everyone involved.
