About me
I help people (re)gain personal agency over every aspect of their lives (professional, personal, spiritual), so that they can live with confidence, courage, and connection. I believe that transitions are essential and that I can help ease the way as you work into the next (best?) part of your life.
I spent my career in Tech at startups, scaleups, and Big Tech, most recently in VP and C-level positions. I know how tough those environments can be, and also how rewarding.
My coaching is infused with humour, kindness, and challenge to help you tell your story…first to yourself and then to others. I use powerful questions, coaching tools, and exercises to move clients closer to their values and the life they want. And if you are open and interested, we can use reiki, healing writing, and tarot to help you go deeper energetically.
Training, qualifications & experience
In addition to 25+ years of international leadership and team building experience, I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach and a Certified Wayfinder Life Coach (Martha Beck Inc.), hold a degree in transformational change (MA Organizational Leadership), have an MBA, and am a 2nd degree Reiki practitioner.

The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.
