About me
Leadership Coaching & Burnout Recovery for Women in Tech, Career Transitions & Beyond
Are you a senior leader running on empty? A woman in tech questioning whether the role you fought for is still the right fit? Or are you navigating a major career transition — redundancy, a new leadership position, or a complete reinvention — and need someone in your corner who actually gets the landscape?
I'm Leah Farmer, and I coach ambitious, high-performing women through the moments that matter most: burnout recovery, leadership growth, career pivots, and the deep identity work that underpins all of it.
I'm not a coach who'll hand you a worksheet and send you on your way. With 25+ years of hands-on leadership experience at companies like Google, Amazon, Expedia, and Klarna — plus active fractional Chief Product & Technology Officer work — I bring real operational fluency to every conversation. I've sat in the seat. I know what it costs.
My coaching blends executive strategy with somatic and body-based practices. That means we work with your nervous system, not just your to-do list. Alongside traditional coaching tools, I integrate EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques), breathwork, and somatic awareness to help you shift patterns that logic alone can't touch.
This is coaching for women who are done performing resilience and ready to actually build it.
Training, qualifications & experience
With 25+ years of international leadership experience at companies including Google, Amazon, Expedia, and Klarna, I bring real operational fluency to my coaching practice. I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 1,500 coaching hours, a Certified Wayfinder Life Coach (Martha Beck Inc.), and a trained EFT Tapping practitioner.
I hold an MA in Organizational Leadership (Transformational Change), an MBA, and certifications in Neuroscience for Coaches, Menopause Coaching (CSMC), and Meditation. I currently serve as a fractional Chief Product & Technology Officer alongside my coaching work — so I'm not just coaching leaders, I'm still in the arena with them.
My approach blends executive coaching frameworks with somatic and body-based practices including EFT, breathwork, and nervous system regulation. I specialize in working with women in tech and senior leadership navigating burnout, career transitions, and the identity shifts that come with leading at scale.
