About me
I help people find direction, meaning and satisfaction in their lives by supporting and championing them to make impactful and sustainable change.
Be it instilling new habits, navigating a personal or professional change or overcoming the things that have been holding you back, working together we can get you from where you are to where you want to be.
Whether you already have a goal you want support achieving or you don't know what you want, but know you need a change, I can help you to gain clarity and to turn this clarity into an action plan for change.
As a queer woman with experience and training in mental health challenges, I bring an informed empathy and compassion to my practice; creating a safe, judgement-free space for my clients, allowing them to truly open up and explore their full potential.
Alongside coaching, I facilitate group discussion sessions with a local migrant women's charity in East London and am involved with other great charities in the area.
