I’ll help you understand how your brain works in relation to stress and anxiety, then share strategies that’ll enable you to approach things differently. I can empower you to make the changes you desire and I’ll identify any limiting beliefs that have been preventing you from making those changes.

I work online via Zoom or I can see clients in person from my office in central Wells. Both are as effective, some clients do a combination of both. So it's down to your personal preference.
All coaching starts with an intensive breakthrough two hour session. This is followed by a one hour session two weeks later. Then should you wish to continue coaching, I offer three coaching packages depending on the level of support required. This information can be found on my website under 'working with Kirstie'.
