About me

More Than Her Mindset - with Kayleigh

Wellbeing & Resilience Coach with a background in Mental Health Nursing.

I work with women to strengthen emotional wellbeing, resilience, and self-worth - so they feel secure in themselves, clear in their choices, and confident protecting what matters most. This is about learning to say no without guilt, trusting your own judgement, and feeling steady rather than constantly second-guessing yourself.

Whether you’re healing, navigating change personally or professionally, or feeling worn down by stress and daily overwhelm. My work helps you reconnect with who you are beneath the noise, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence that feels real and sustainable.

My coaching is evidence-based, deeply supportive, and most importantly tailored to you - because this isn’t about pressure, surface-level positivity, or quick fixes. It’s about creating the kind of inner stability that allows you to show up for your life with more ease, resilience, and genuine happiness!
