Hey, I'm Kayleigh and I'm not your typical coach. No scripts, no toxic positivity, no pretending life isn't complicated.

I work with women who are ready to step into who they truly are. Women who are ready to stop shrinking and start understanding themselves, their patterns, their power and their potential. I help you figure out what has been getting in your way.
What type of coaching do I offer?
Transformational coaching is an approach that shifts your beliefs, perspective and identity rather than just changing behaviours. It offers deeper, more meaningful change.
What can I help with?
Whether you're navigating identity, ADHD, relationships, self worth, career or just a season of life that's knocked you sideways, I create a space where you get to be honest about where you actually are and where you want to be, even when you don't yet know.
I'm also a therapist in training which means the work can go deeper than only goals and action plans.
If things don't feel 'right', if you know you want more but don't know where to start, you've come to the right place.
What to expect in your first session
After our initial free discovery call, our first session is spent with me getting to know you. Your wants, needs and desires. Nothing is too big or small.
Understanding why you want to begin your coaching journey, what youre hoping to get from it and how we can achieve that, together.

Experience
Delivers transformational coaching sessions empowering women to rediscover their identity, values, and purpose through self-awareness and mindset development.
Facilitates group and 1:1 coaching programmes designed to improve confidence, emotional wellbeing, and personal fulfilment.
Integrates movement, mindfulness, and mindset practices (Movement is Medicine®) to support holistic personal growth and trauma recovery.
Creates and delivers structured coaching content including reflective exercises, goal-setting frameworks, and self-development modules.
Provides a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space for clients to explore challenges, build resilience, and take aligned action.
Promotes empowerment and accountability, helping clients move from feeling stuck to creating meaningful, sustainable change.
