Wild Ways Within - Relational Coaching at Depth for Women

About me

For those who find themselves lost, seeking, searching, ungrounded, unclear, wondering, wandering, shape seeking, space seeking, disconnected, longing for more, I offer relational coaching at depth. How might it feel to walk intentionally into the depths with an experienced travelling companion?

I’m a Life and Leadership Coach with a deep connection to the wild. I bring with me twenty years of experience as a therapist working relationally at depth with those seeking to understand themselves more deeply, recover from challenge and live life with greater ease.

What do I offer?
I offer whole being coaching; body, emotion, thought and the part we might refer to as soul - all are welcome here. My role as a coach is to help you (re)find your authentic whole, to support and be curious, to accompany and to champion.

I work with women who are seeking greater clarity in their lives, who are navigating life transitions, who are considering changes in their career or work, who are experiencing or wanting change in their relationships and who are looking for a place to discover and inhabit authenticity. I also work with women seeking a deeper connection with the natural system and/or wishing to (re)find their wild selves.

My work is trauma-informed and neuro-inclusive; I have a comprehensive understanding of Autism and ADHD and have considerable amount of experience of working with neurodivergence.

I offer sessions online or outdoors in the Peak District National Park.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • EMCC Accredited
  • Post Graduate Certificate in Psychosynthesis Leadership Coaching (2023)
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Environmentally Based Therapies (2021)
  • Relational Approach to Treatment of Trauma - One year of PGC training (2019)
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Supervision (2014)
  • MA Humanistic Person-Centred Psychotherapy (2010)
  • BA (Hons) Philosophy (1995)

Before coaching, I spent twenty years working as a person-centred psychotherapist and ten years as a counselling supervisor. Following extensive training in taking my practice outside, I spent many of those latter years with clients and supervisees in the natural world, with the more-than-human as my co-therapist.

My desire to walk the related path of coaching was born out of a curiosity about the ‘more’. After the work of therapy is done and we are stable enough, what then lies ahead for us? What comes next?

I became interested in the question of not only who we are and where we might have come from but in what ‘more’ we could be; in how we might (re)find our authenticity and locate and live deep into our potential.
