I am an ICF Master Certified Coach - the highest level of certification in the professional coaching industry. A distinction that took more than a decade of dedication, practice, and mastery to achieve.
Throughout my career, I have helped numerous clients unlock their potential and create meaningful transformation through the power of coaching.
I work across a wide range of personal and professional areas, including: Personal development, identity, motivation, performance, emotional intelligence, creativity, and resilience. Careers, workplace dynamics, leadership, soft skills, managing others, and work–life balance. Stress management, including anxiety, social anxiety, uncertainty, emotional regulation, and wellbeing. Neurodiversity (ADD, ADHD, ASD, AUDHD), disabilities, and chronic health conditions. Relationships, confidence, self-worth, youth and family work, life transitions, trauma, and loss. I also offer ICF coach mentoring and supervision.
