About me

Hello, my name is John and I am here to help you reach your full potential in life, sport or business.

As an accredited performance and life coach, and also an experienced NLP master practitioner.
My skill and passion is to help you get the results you want or change the ones you don’t.

I am supporting more and more clients with their mental health due to the unfortunate current climate we find ourselves in.

Young people are welcome also, I can help with their various problem areas.

I am the mental performance coach at Swindon wildcats ice hockey club and the head of Player well-being and performance with a national football agency. I have recently worked with team GB tap dancing team getting them mentally prepared for the world championships.
I also work with various businesses, helping the staff and teams perform at their best, when it matters.

Maybe you're looking to improve certain aspects of your life, perform better within your business or maybe you're a sports performer looking at getting to the next level - either way I can help... I have worked with many people to help them achieve their goals, overcome fears and live better, and I provide numerous services that can help you achieve the goals you want to - whatever they may entail.

Helping with mental health is a passion of mine also. I am a qualified First Aid for Mental Health Instructor so can also deliver training in this area also.

I am supporting more and more clients with their mental health due to the unfortunate current climate we find ourselves in.

If you have any questions or to discuss how I can help, please do get in touch.
