About me

Hello, my name is John and I am here to help you reach your full potential in life, sport or business.

As an accredited performance and life coach, and also an experienced NLP master practitioner.
My skill and passion is to help you get the results you want or change the ones you don’t.

Young people are welcome also, I can help with their various problem areas.

In sport, I have had many roles including the mental performance coach at Swindon wildcats ice hockey club and the head of Player well-being and performance with a national football agency and rugby club.
