About me
Hi, I'm Johanne. Are you a stressed professional /parent seeking to navigate the demands of a high-pressure career and family ? Do you find yourself grappling with work-related stress and parenting ? Are you or your child diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD and need support to fulfil your potential?
With two decades of Coaching experience and a solid foundation in psychology, I bring knowledge and expertise to my coaching practice. After completing my degree in the UK in 1993, I embarked on a career supporting children , parents and professionals in the UK and USA. I am passionate about empowering professional parents who are committed to their own and their families' personal development, health and wellbeing.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
