About me
Hi, I’m Jo, a qualified life coach, specialising in creative coaching for 50+ women. My coaching supports women to experience their midlife as a time of awakening and vibrancy.
I blend traditional and creative coaching methods, connecting you to the process on a deeper level. Collage, visualisation, journalling and meaningful, real conversations inspire imaginative, colourful thinking and problem-solving.
A midlife awakening is a moment in your life when you long to explore something new, tap into your potential and connect to what you want out of life. Maybe you feel that call to action and need time and space with a coach to find your passion and direction.
You will learn about yourself, challenge yourself, surprise yourself, uncover your strengths and explore obstacles in your way and how to overcome them.
And absolutely no artistic skill or experience is needed!
A little bit about me:
I bring warmth, empathy, humour, care and gentle curiosity to my coaching.
Creative coaching had a profound, transformational effect on my own life. My mission is to support other magical midlife women to experience this unique and powerful coaching journey for themselves.
I bring to my coaching lived experience of motherhood, menopause, divorce, co-parenting, bereavement, caring for an elderly relative; navigating all those things whilst working in a demanding job.
I’ve felt the chaos, overwhelm and upheaval in being a midlife woman. I’ve also found the joy in finally stepping into myself and living my life in the way that feels right.

Fees
£60.00 - £800.00
Additional information
I offer a free discovery call.
My single sessions cost £60 (1 hour) and £200 (3 hour). I also offer a 12 week coaching journey at £800.
I offer a limited number of ‘pay what you can’ sessions for women on lower incomes.
