Hi I'm Jo and I’m a transformational, holistic coach supporting mums who are creative to reconnect with their spark after years of focusing on family life.

There often comes a point when your children are a little older and you finally have more space again but instead of feeling excited, you feel flat, drained, or unsure who you are anymore. The creativity and energy that once lit you up can feel distant, like your spark has faded or gone out.

I’ve been there too.

Through gentle, holistic coaching I combine nervous system support and mindset work to help you reconnect with your energy, your creativity, and yourself again.

Together, we rediscover your spark, nurture it into a steady flame, and build it until it burns brightly so you feel energised, inspired, and fully lit up from within.

And when that happens, it doesn’t just change how you feel it naturally shines out of you and begins to touch the lives of those around you too.
