Neuro-linguistic Programming

NLP is a powerful tool that is used to model success and excellency.

I will use it to guide you through the process of reconnecting with yourself, become aware of your thought patterns and reframe your inner dialogue to help you have the clarity and energy necessary to perform at a higher level every day.

Mindfulness

This is the attitude of paying attention to the present moment on purpose and without judgement.

It will help you calm the monkey mind that is always hopping from one thought to the other creating the perfect conditions for overwhelm and stress. We will achieve this with guided meditations and other practices to help you calm your mind and relax your body.

That's when I decided to hire a coach and work through my struggles. I've become so interested in personal development that I decided to study NLP and Mindfulness formally.
