Are you getting overwhelmed, tired and stressed and you can't see a way out of it?

Is INNER PEACE what you are looking for?

Health is no longer the absence of disease but the full spectrum that includes both physical and mental well-being. So it is imperative we start focusing in having a healthy and balanced lifestyle where we have coping mechanisms for stress and anxiety and we take care of our mind, body and soul.

I help high achievers, go-getters, proactive, driven, committed and busy people dealing with burnout and anxiety, reprogram their unconscious level to overcome what is causing them to become anxious and stressed and achieve inner peace.

I use Neuro-linguistic Programming in my coaching practice

NLP is a powerful tool that is used to model success and excellency. I will use it to guide you through the process of reconnecting with yourself, become aware of your thought patterns and reframe your inner dialogue to help you have the clarity and energy necessary to perform at a higher level every day.

I also use Mindfulness techniques with guided meditations and other practices to help you calm your mind and relax your body.

Having such a busy lifestyle with a lot of pressure on your conscious mind, my purpose here is to help you get your unconscious mind performing at its best and in alignment with your values and what you want to accomplish.

Respect, awareness and kindness are some of the core values of my practice and it'll help you become even more productive while maintaining a healthy mental and emotional state that pushes you and motivates you to create a life you are proud of.

I understand what it is to have a lot on my plate and becoming overwhelmed with everything and feeling the anxiety creeping in.

I experienced burnout and a very anxious and depressive period of my life that led me to look for a solution to feel better about myself and perform better in all aspects of my life.

That's when I decided to hire a coach and work through my struggles. I've become so interested in personal development that decided to study NLP and Mindfulness formally.
