MSc - Executive Coaching Psychologist & Team Coach

About me

You're capable, driven, and perceptive and yet something isn't quite working the way you'd like it to.

Maybe you've achieved a lot on paper but feel like you're not reaching your potential. Maybe you're exhausted in a way that goes beyond needing a holiday. Maybe you've tried coaching before and found it stayed too cognitive or surface-level, or just didn't get to the root of things. Or maybe you're navigating something at work, a difficult situation, a transition, a leadership challenge that feels bigger than a simple action plan can solve.

If any of that resonates, you're probably in the right place.

I work with professionals, founders, and leaders dealing with challenges that sit between categories, partly professional, partly personal, and rarely straightforward. What makes my approach different is that I bring both psychological depth and therapeutic training to coaching. I'm an Organisational and Coaching Psychologist with a background in therapy, which means I can work with what's happening beneath the surface, not just goals and actions, but patterns, identity, and the things that quietly get in the way of change.

Leadership & Executive

The higher you go, the fewer places there are to think out loud. I work with CEOs, founders, and senior leaders as a confidential thinking partner, a space to work through the decisions, tensions, and trade-offs that are difficult to voice anywhere else. This isn't about fixing what's broken; it's about having somewhere to bring the messy middle, test your thinking, and lead with greater clarity and steadiness. Beyond the strategic thinking space, I also work with leaders on executive development, sustainable performance under pressure, navigating complexity, and the identity and relational shifts that come with stepping into or growing within senior leadership. Whether you're building something, leading through change, or simply carrying more than you'd like to admit, this work meets you where you are.

Team Coaching:

Most teams don't fail at the technical level. They fail at the relational one. The communication has become careful rather than honest. The unspoken tensions that shape decisions without ever being named. The silos that formed so gradually nobody quite remembers deciding on them. If your team is functionally capable but privately disconnected, that gap tends to widen over time rather than resolve itself.

I work with teams using a systemic approach, which means looking at the patterns, dynamics, and unspoken agreements shaping how people work together, not just individual behaviours or outputs. This includes teams navigating trust repair, significant transitions or restructures, building psychological safety, or developing the relational foundations that make high performance genuinely sustainable rather than quietly costly.

Team coaching is not a team-building day, though it may include facilitated elements. It is a sustained process that creates a real shift in how a team operates, relates, and leads collectively.

Burnout:

Burnout is one of the most common reasons people contact me. Whether you're experiencing chronic exhaustion, loss of confidence, emotional depletion, or difficulty returning to work after a period of overload, my approach recognises that burnout isn't just stress or an individual resilience issue. It usually reflects a combination of work demands, values misalignment, relational dynamics, and unprocessed emotional load and it deserves to be worked with at that level.

ADHD & Neurodiversity Coaching:

I work with professionals and leaders who are navigating ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence in the workplace. This includes building on strengths, managing the challenges that come with how your brain works, developing sustainable strategies, and untangling the threads of confidence and identity that often accompany a neurodivergent experience.

I accept Access to Work-funded clients.

How I work

We begin with an initial consultation to explore what you’re experiencing, what you’d like to change, and whether working together feels like a good fit. This conversation helps us clarify the most appropriate coaching frame and next steps.

To make the best use of our time, I’ll usually invite you to answer a few short questions beforehand.

Most clients work with me as part of a structured coaching container, rather than in ad-hoc sessions. Sessions are typically fortnightly, allowing space for reflection, integration, and meaningful change between sessions.

Between sessions, clients have access to resources and light between-session support where appropriate. Longer-term or broader support (for example, profiling, leadership development, or organisational consultancy) is discussed separately and only where it fits the context.

For personal depth work, I offer a 6-session Depth Integration container, designed as a focused entry point into my way of working. You can find more information and book an initial chat on this page: https://soulfullyconnected.co.uk/

If you are enquiring about work-oriented coaching, leadership, executive or team coaching, please book an initial conversation through the booking links on this page: https://inspiredatwork.co.uk/contact/

Professional and leadership coaching is usually structured over a longer timeframe, usually 6–12 months, depending on goals and context.

I accept Access to Work–funded clients.

Online coaching:

Online coaching sessions save you (and me) travel time to and from locations, clients say it often allows them to be even more focused in the session.

Online coaching sessions are through Zoom, a video conferencing application. Please make sure you have access to a good internet connection, a microphone and webcam. Unlike Skype, you won’t need to have an account and the call quality is also better. You’ll receive a link to my online meeting room, which you need to click at the time of the meeting. Please ask if you’re not sure about how this works.

Face-to-face coaching:

I offer face-to-face coaching sessions in various locations in the West Midlands which is where I’m based. I can also offer coaching intensives (half day, day or multiple days) in different locations.

Facilitation and training:

Please email me so that we can discuss what is possible. Facilitation and/or training could include Appreciative Enquiry sessions, Emotional Intelligence workshops, facilitating change, team and/or leadership development.

Personality profiling:

Personality and leadership profiling is also available as a separate service. Profiling can be used for development as well as recruitment. Depending on what you need, a coaching program usually includes profiling as a starting point within your journey.

For team development, workshops can be facilitated. Please contact me for further information.
