About me

How I can help you

Each and every one of my clients are the same. Unique.

By understanding each client's unique perspective I am able to help them to make the changes that they want, in ways that work best for them. Sometimes it means stepping out of your comfort zone in order to make your life better.

Do you feel ‘stuck’ or dissatisfied with circumstances or with the way that you’re feeling? Many people do and are held back by unhelpful thoughts, bad habits or behaviours and limiting beliefs.

For several years I’ve helped and supported people who help them to make changes in their personal or professional lives, in their relationships or in their businesses.

When I start working with a new client I ask them ‘What do you want?’ You may know what you want, or maybe you know what you don’t want. I can help you to change what you don’t want and work towards what you do want. I work on a multitude of subject areas, with an extremely varied client base, from CEO’s to cleaners, celebrities to carers, sportsmen to students and everything in between. The common denominator is that we are all human and we all need help occasionally, whether you want to overcome a problem or achieve a goal. If you are ready to make important changes, I can help. To find out more about how I can help you, contact me either via email at or call/text 07539611481 or visit

What is Coaching?

Coaching is about facilitating change. In the past coaching was mainly for directors and senior management.  Nowadays it is recognised as a powerful tool for an extremely wide number of areas including Life Coaching, Executive Coaching, Couples Coaching, Business Coaching, Corporate – Leadership and Team Coaching.

Coaching stimulates and empowers clients to clarify their goals and to make the changes that they want, with support and encouragement along the way. It is one of the best investments you could ever make.

Coaching can help you to:

  • clarify your goals
  • explore different options and decide on a course of action
  • identify anything which has been holding you back
  • challenge any limiting beliefs
  • help to overcome obstacles
  • align with your values and motivators
  • understand your strengths, skills, capabilities and resources
  • agree and design appropriate plans
  • decide and take the agreed actions
  • keep on track!

"Jo is incredible. I walked into her therapy suite a broken wreck and she listened, understood and went to work. She managed to bring me back from the brink to a fully functioning human after a small number of sessions. I honestly thought there was no hope and Jo found a way. Obviously I would recommend Jo's services, she has changed my life for the better and my family and I are incredibly grateful." Christopher T., Loughton, Essex

"Jo flipped my view of life upside down; an acrimonious divorce and pending redundancy had left me anxious, binge eating and depressed. Jo re-framed my negative outlook with practical strategies, plans and advice, all delivered humour, a smile and energy. In 3 sessions I was on the mend; brighter and more positive. Be warned life coaching is no easy fix, be ready to work hard outside of the sessions!

I definitely have my mojo back and would highly recommend Jo!"

Kathryn Ball, London

"My partner and I would like to thank Jo for everything she has done to help us get through some rough patches in our relationship. Going to coaching with an open mind really helped us be open and honest with the ways each of us could better the way we thought about things/handled certain situations/ spoke to each other and Jo allowed us to capture the most important aspects and improve the issues we were experiencing. We both agree Jo helped us when we needed it the most and we are forever grateful. I also had coaching with Jo on my own and it has changed my life and the way I handled some personal decisions in my life. Dealing with guilt and upset and my emotions and anxiety. I can’t thank you enough for supporting me through a time time in my life, I loved every second of our sessions. Highly recommended."   Elena T., London

"Before meeting Jo, I was suffering with several anxiety-induced issues including; feeling unable to return to activities (gymnastics and contortion) which I love (which I had to take a few months off of due to illness), feeling anxious about applying for jobs and issues around food. I looked into hypnotherapy as I felt that these issues were too deep in my unconscious mind to just "get over" and I came across Jo.  She helped me to banish any negative voices in my head that were telling that I was not capable of this or that and that I should not eat certain things. She also coached me through the job application and interview process. I am now happy to report that I have a job in a field that I am passionate about, I am back doing my gymnastics and contortion (and loving them!) and I'm feeling more relaxed around food.  Most importantly, I am in a much happier
place and people are noticing the difference. I could not have done it without her. I highly recommend." - C.O. - London

"When I first called Jo to find out more about what she did I felt she actually understood what I was saying and how I was feeling, she explained how she could help me, I’m so glad I decided to have life coaching with her as it’s made me look at my life in a totally new way, given me confidence and equipped me with so many tools to help myself in different situations I may find myself in, I’m so happy and glad that I embarked on this absolutely amazing journey as it’s changed my life for the absolute better! Thanks so much Jo!"- Sangita, London

"Having tried conventional therapy to try and combat anxiety and panic-related issues for some considerable months to no avail, I found Jo and was struck by the immediacy of relief and change which she induced both through a combination of NLP and hypnotherapy. She has an incredible ability to put you at ease, help you clearly identify and work through your difficulties and for me personally discover a renewed positivity for life and its direction, so much so, I’m now looking into NLP for my own personal development ! I found Jo’s approach very personal, empathetic, supportive and understanding and it felt like she went above and beyond that that I had previously experienced to ensure my return to my previously happy and confident self !  I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Jo, thank you for all that you have done for me!" L.O. - Essex

"I am lost for words to describe my journey with Jo. We came to find Jo in 2017 and she has been an incredible coach since. From being someone who suffered quite dramatically with anxiety, lack of self confidence and lack of being able to voice my opinion (being a pushover as some may call it) I can 100% say today that I am confident, I am able to overcome obstacles and challenges thrown at me and most importantly I am constantly improving on my communication and myself to be the best version of me. I would not be where I am without the assistance and self realisation that Jo helped me with. Thank you for being a part of my life and being so genuine with all the help and assistance you’ve provided me with over the years. Thank you." - Keyury, London

“When I first met Jo, I was feeling extremely overwhelmed. I had recently found out that my wife was pregnant, we were in the middle of moving house, we were getting married in the summer and I had a demanding job. On top of that I was trying to find the time to complete a Masters in Business. Something had to give and I contemplated giving up the Masters, even though it meant a lot to me. Jo helped me to figure out what I valued and how to prioritise my time. I realised what works best for me. We came up with a plan and with Jo’s continued support I was able to navigate through a hectic year and emerged on the other side with not only a distinction in hand, but my relationships with my wife, family and friends in tact! In fact Jo has armed me with the tools I need to communicate better, to deal with situations I would have struggled in before, ultimately leading to an even better relationships with the people I care about. Looking back, I’m proud of the journey that I have been on, and the success that I have achieved. Jo was instrumental in that success, thank you Jo!“ Adrian Fox, Essex

"Thanks to Jo I have my dream job.  For years I have suffered with interview nerves.  But I attended a couple of sessions with Jo and she gave me the confidence and calmness that I needed with stressful interview situations.  As a result I not only have my dream job but I also have the tools to deal with any similar challenges that life might put in my way."  - Mari, London
