About me
I'm an AC and UCA double-certified Coach, mainly working with neurodivergent adults and adolescents, specialising in ADHD. I was diagnosed with ADHD aged 15, but a diagnosis is not necessary to have coaching with me. I offer my clients a safe place filled with authenticity, warmth, sensitivity and wise reflective coaching for you to explore your challenges. Side-by-side, we will work on your ability to manage these challenges and work towards your goals so you can enjoy improved happiness and success in your life.
I left the corporate world to follow my love of working with people and providing coaching, training and talks that highlight the importance of neurodiversity. My client's experiences matter the most to me:
Sara, Psychological Therapist, Wales: "I have recently been coached by Jamie and have had a very positive experience. Jamie is empathic, supportive and insightful. He helped me identify some key goals, and work towards them, using his extensive knowledge of ADHD and guided problem solving to both set goals and find solutions. Jamie struck the right balance of listening and information giving, referring to his own lived experienced when relevant. This was something I found both helpful and supportive as it normalised some of my own experiences. I would definitely recommend Jamie to anyone who is looking for an experienced and supportive ADHD Coach."
----------------------------------------------------------------------------Anonymous, Sales Manager, Chelmsford: "I highly recommend Jamie to anyone that might be struggling with any general life challenges...I felt anxious and uncertain before my first coaching session with Jamie, unsure of what he could offer or if I was even seeking help in the right direction. However, as our conversation unfolded, I was immediately comforted and at ease. For the first time in a long while, I truly felt understood. After 8 years of dipping in and out of therapy, I never even considered working with a life coach. I didn't even know that it was an option. I still have a long way to go, but I'm growing into someone I barely recognise, in the best way possible, compared to even just 3 months ago. Invest in yourself. No one is coming to save you, it has to be you."
----------------------------------------------------------------------------Charlotte, Events Manager, Essex : "Jamie is brilliant. He listened to absolutely everything that I said and reading the post session reports clearly broken down was PERFECT to me. It helped me break each section down and work on them separately rather than the chaos that was in my head jumping from each part that we discussed. Jamie's knowledge and the sources he knows about and provides help you work on each of your goals outside of session too. Honestly, thank you, Jamie is so helpful 🙏"
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Aisha, Mortgage Broker, Essex: "I've been working with Jamie for a few months now, focussing on various different struggles that I face on a day to day. He leaves no stone un-turned and not only does he give you "life-hacks" to deal with said problem, but he also has a fountain of knowledge to teach you exactly why a neurodivergent brain may think the way they do! Here are a few things that we have covered so far: Washing up – what I can do to help take my mind off HATING every second. DOOM piles – what tools can I use to help put clothes away? (a buddy system where you can make a race out of putting clothes away is good!). Busy brains before bed – establishing a bedtime routine. Jamie is a safe space to just open up about your struggles where in the past I may have been judged by my actions/habits. There's absolutely no judgement at all and he gets it because he's been there!"
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Anonymous, Police Officer, London: "I jumped out of my comfort zone investing in Jamie as my ADHD life coach. It's scary but good to discuss my 'soup brain' personality and its spontaneity which makes us awesome people. Today feels like a good day."

Diagnosed with ADHD seventeen years ago, I really understand your daily challenges of emotional dysregulation, overwhelm, task execution and limiting self-beliefs that can leave you feeling low, lost, confused, in limbo, misunderstood, frustrated, or simply held back from discovering your true potential.
When we work together, I'll help you make change and move forward in a way that works for your unique mind and personality. That's no more masking or forcing yourself into neurotypical solutions. Our sessions will be tailored specifically to you and your personal experience, because I know that no two journeys are the same.
When we coach together, typical areas we'll explore include:
- Coping with emotional dysregulation and reducing overwhelm
- Improving organisational skills at home and at work
- Building self-confidence, self-belief and a positive mindset
- Managing anxiety and intrusive thoughts
- Time management, planning and overcoming procrastination
- Body-doubling to get tedious tasks done
- Managing impulsivity and recognising/preventing burnout
- Supporting relationships and parenting dynamics
- Making sense of anxiety, life transitions, or your lost/forgotten identity
- Reframing problematic coping with alcohol or substances into healthier strategies
- Special sessions for the partners and families of those with ADHD, to enhance understanding.
I'm a compassionate coach who takes a personalised and collaborative approach that helps you realise and leverage your inherent strengths. And yes, I promise you do have these strengths, although you may have forgotten them along the way. I'll coach you with evidence-based tools and strategies, combined with my lived experience and practical coaching expertise. This will help you break old patterns to achieve understanding, confidence and wonderful life goals. My clients often tell me that, for the first time, they no longer feel "weird" or misunderstood. Getting coaching from someone who truly understands what it is like and "gets it" can be life-changing.
Neuro-friendly coaching sessions:
- Life sessions (flexible): Open-ended support with in-session guidance tailored to where you are right now
- Development sessions (structured): You'll receive post-session action notes to keep you moving forward
- Development PLUS sessions (intensive): You'll get detailed reports, bespoke resources and text check-ins between sessions
My coaching approach and methodology is designed to work with your brain, not against it. When you coach with me, you'll receive support that highlights the importance of your neurodiversity because I believe your different way of thinking isn't something to fix; it's something to understand, make peace with, celebrate and harness.
Uniquely, I can also coach people who are exploring problematic relationships with alcohol or other substances as coping mechanisms, drawing from my own lived experience of negatively self-managing ADHD, anxiety and depression. Together, we can work on reframing your mindset and developing strategies that make you feel fulfilled and full of life. It worked for me, and I believe it can work for you too.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am double-certified with the Association for Coaching and the Universal Coaching Alliance. I have qualified in formal professional training delivered by the UK's first dual-accredited neurodiversity coaching course.
My educational background includes a First Class Honours degree (1:1) in English Language & Communication jointly with History, providing me with a strong foundation in the psychology of communication, confidence and interpersonal dynamics.
After graduating, I was a teacher and mentor in a community learning centre for vulnerable adults and young adults, many of whom with diagnosed or undiagnosed neurodiversity. Later, I went on to 11 years as a corporate marketing, sales and communications leader for international health, finance, technology and travel companies. This career diversity has equipped me with extensive experience of the workplace challenges that neurodivergent professionals face, with me being one of them!
This corporate background, combined with my formal coaching training and lived experience with ADHD, enables me to offer unique insights into both personal and professional neurodivergent experiences.
