About me

I help you create the change you are looking for in your life. Change that will really make a difference. So often we stay where we are because we fear change. Working with me, change becomes fun and exciting. Why? Because you are finally giving yourself the permission to go out there and get the life you want and deserve and that is very exciting and lots of fun. As a Business Coach, Personal Life Coach I help my clients clarify their dreams. Then I help you go after those dreams by identifying the talents and resources you have to propel you to be the best you can be. You have the potential to be everything you want to be. It's my job to help you find that potential.

Common areas of coaching are around Business and achieving a Work/Life Balance, however, I also coach on Leadership, Careers, Confidence at Work, Health, Mental and Emotional Wellbeing, Personal Development. I also offer Mentoring.

Youth Coaching is currently an important aspect of my offering. Students are needing to make the transition from home / university life to the work place, and the feedback I am getting from Businesses is that students are not always mentally or emotionally prepared for the rigours and commitment of working life. I help with the preparation, transition and confidence building of starting a new career or new job.

Accessibility

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Wheelchair user access

I don't have ramped access to the property but the step is low enough that I can assist a wheelchair to enter the property. I also do online sessions via Zoom.
