About us
Personal growth and mindset coach.
I help clients with setting personal and professional goals to help them move forward, set actions to achieve the results they want. I help them with their mindset, confidence, fulfilment, lack of clarity, self doubt, lack of confidence. Breakdown limiting beliefs, help them get clarity around who they are, build a relationship with themselves, develop their mindset, help them find purpose. Understanding what makes them happy and brings them joy, and identifying what skills and talents they have. I help them find purpose and to create a healthy lifestyle. I support my clients, helping them transform to be the best version of themselves. I shine the light and help them see the blind spots.
I work as a guide/facilitator to heal, transform, motivate them, support change to help them move forward. I am non judgemental and there for my clients, I show up, I help them with what I can and learn what I need to to best support my clients. I come from a place of love and I am compassionate, I hold space for my clients and they can trust me to know that anything covered in our sessions is treated as confidential.

- CIPD Qualified and I have had 20 years experience of working in Human Resources as a Generalist and Recruitment specialist.
- BA (Hons) Business Operations Management / Human Resource Studies Degree

I offer 1:1 private coaching sessions over the phone/zoom video call. 45 - 60 minutes per session. I would recommend a 12 week programme for coaching with me to remain accountable and to see the results, however happy to consider what the client prefers and needs and can provide shorter or individual coaching sessions as per clients needs.
