About me
There is wisdom inside you and it wants to be heard. I'm a Jungian coach. Jungian coaching is all about facilitating a space for you to have a conversation with yourself, with parts of your mind which are not always accessible. We all have the truth we need within us. With Jungian Coaching you learn to listen to yourself. Clients often find that, having developed this way of really finding and hearing their inner voice in sessions, they continue to practice it in their life, with tremendous effect. I recently saw client from last year who said it had changed her life because the way she was speaking and listening to herself was so different, and so much more constructive, than it has been all of her life.
This work helps you find your true path, which is why I call my practice 'Voice of the Soul.'
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained at the school of Jungian Coaching in 2024. I have worked in various capacities helping people to grow and reach their potential, as a systematic kinesiologist and as a birth preparation coach and Thai masseur. Along the way, I gained a foundation in hypnotherapy. Jungian Coaching is the most powerful modality for affecting growth and change that I have ever come across, because it helps you find your wisdom and access your own path in your own unique way.
Member organisations
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

Free initial in-person, telephone or online session
Further information
One session can be very helpful. Experiencing a series of 6 or 10 or more can really set you up to create and sustain the life changes you need based on the wisdom you already carry. I can see you in person but I have found that working online is very effective.
