I coach Senior Executives across a range of sectors, developing authentic leadership, internal authority and stronger innovation and performance. I am also Founder and CEO of Hatched ADHD, coaching professionals with ADHD to amplify their strengths. 

I am a qualified coach and consultant, having trained at Oxford University, Ashridge Hult Business School and the ADD Coach Academy. I have 15+ years’ experience as a senior leader in both the public and private sector. I am accredited by the EMCC and the Fearless Organization and a Fellow of the CIPD.

My approach to coaching is rooted in a combination of neuroscience, behavioural models, gestalt psychology and self-reflection. With a focus on positive intention and a little disruptive thinking, my sessions not only support your specific goals but also restore confidence, clarity, and self-awareness.

My previous career as an HR director spans start-ups, FTSE 100 companies and large Government departments, where I was been responsible for Engagement, Wellbeing, Employer Brand, Pay and Reward, Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Policy, and Diversity and Inclusion.

I have a lifelong interest in neuroscience and am endlessly fascinated by people and social systems. I began by studying social anthropology in Japan and progressed to work in sales and motivation techniques, before finding my niche in HR,  coaching and workplace culture.
