About me
Neurodiversity coach and coaching supervisor
Helena is recognised in the Spear’s 500 index as a top recommended performance and life coach for high-net-worth individuals. She specialises in working with people who are bright, think outside the box and challenge the status quo. She particularly enjoys working with leaders who are doing things differently and is founder of Hatched, coaching the neuro-atypical C-suite. Helena is a Keynote Speaker on leadership, innovation, and cognitive diversity.
Helena studied at Marlborough College, Oxford University and SOAS. She completed a finance internship at Binder Hamlyn (later Accenture) then found her niche in HR and organisational development at British Airways and the UK Civil Service. She has an MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Business School and is a certified ADHD Coach with ADDCA.
Helena was a Senior Civil Servant and HR Director at the Home Office before heading up Employee Experience at the Dept for International Trade after a ten year career in HR at British Airways.
