About me

An experienced Health, Wellbeing and Life Coach with well over 300 hours of coaching time, my training and experience mean that I create safe, inclusive spaces for my clients to practice listening to and valuing themselves.

My passion is enabling people to feel authentic, confident and connected to their own personal values, ambitions and priorities. I work with both neurodivergent and neuro-typical clients - though I have a particular interest in ADHD / AuDHD due to lived experience and professional understanding.

My own life and values help me I bring an open mind and a commitment to inclusion: I embrace diversity in all its forms and seek to learn and listen as a Coach - not advise or direct.

I have successfully worked with adults of all ages and young people from 16 years.

As a Trustee of a mental health charity I have a clear, current DBS check.
