About me
My name is Helen, I am a health, wellbeing and ADHD coach and I can help you unlock your true self and help you work towards living an authentic life, aligned with your personal vision and values.
Are you stressed or overwhelmed? Feeling lost or stuck? Are you unsure of the direction you want your life to go in? Are you fed up of having low energy? Have you lost your spark? Are you ready to take a step forward, towards better health and wellbeing?
Then coaching is for you.
Neurodiversity Coaching
As a qualified ADHD coach with lived experience of neurodiversity, I am passionate about supporting adults to navigate the challenges that can arise both professionally and personally whilst living with ADHD.
- Are you often overwhelmed?
- Do you find yourself unable to start tasks?
- Do you often burnout?
- Do you struggle with organisation?
- Do you have challenges with relationships and emotional regulation?
- Do you sometimes feel you are not good enough?
Then ADHD coaching could be for you!
What does coaching with me look like?
Through our coaching session we can look at what’s holding you back, what habits are stuck, what old beliefs are limiting you and what your true vision and goals are. We can then put in place steps to move you forward towards your goal.
I will listen, challenge and keep you accountable on each step of the journey.
My aim is to unlock your true self so you can be the best version of YOU!

Further information
I have special interest in supporting women who are juggling work, family and home life whilst in the mid stages of life and going through the menopause. In our 40's and 50's we often lose sight of who we are and what our true purpose is. What we were able to cope with before suddenly becomes unbearably hard. Coaching can help find purpose and make positive changes to find your spark for life again.
I have a lot of experience supporting parents of neurodiverse children navigate their day to day challenges whilst still looking after their own health and wellbeing.
I am also passionate about supporting those people on their post cancer journey, having been through breast cancer myself. Once the dust has settled and treatment has finished, being given the all clear can leave you feeling a bit flat. The expectation to live life to it's fullest and seize everyday is often just not realistic and finding our new purpose and direction can be hard. Coaching can help you find a path forward.
