Most women I work with have been sitting with this feeling for months. Some for years. They’ve tried pushing through, keeping busy, telling themselves they should be grateful. None of it works because the problem isn’t effort. It’s not knowing where the problem actually is.
That’s what I help with.
I created the POWERS framework to help women identify exactly where they’re losing power across six areas of their life - and pinpoint the single area that’s pulling everything else out of balance. It turns “something feels off” into something specific, something you can actually do something about.
I know what this feels like personally. I’ve navigated my own major life transitions - the ones where everything you thought you’d built starts to shift underneath you and you have to figure out who you are on the other side of it. That experience, combined with over 20 years running a business and ICF-accredited training in transformational and leadership coaching, means I won’t just listen and nod. I’ll help you find exactly what’s off and build a clear, practical plan to fix it.
What I offer:
My signature offer is the PowerLift™ Session. It’s a focused 90-minute one-to-one session built around your personal POWERS assessment results. No open-ended talking in circles. You’ll walk away knowing precisely what’s been draining you and with a personalised written plan - not vague goals, but specific actions that feel like yours.
A 30-day accountability follow-up is included, plus Telegram support between sessions. Because insight without follow-through is just a nice conversation.
For women who want continued support beyond their PowerLift™, I offer a 3-month ongoing coaching package.
Training, qualifications & experience
My coaching is built on two things most coaches have separately but rarely together. I spent 25 years co-founding and running an IT business from the ground up. I know what it feels like to hold responsibility for a team, make decisions with imperfect information, and keep going when the ground shifts underneath you. That's not something I read about.
Alongside that, I'm trained as a transformational life coach, group coach, and leadership coach through ICF accredited programmes. The leadership training gave me a deep understanding of how people are wired differently - how they communicate, what drives them, and what shuts them down. That understanding shapes every session, whether I'm working with someone on their personal life or their team.
My approach is person-centred and practical. I'm not here to reflect your words back at you. I'm here to help you find what's actually going on and work out what to do about it.

Health insurance / workplace funding
I’m not directly affiliated with private health insurers. However, many clients choose to fund sessions through their employer, wellbeing allowance, or EAP on a self-referral basis. Invoices and supporting information can be provided if required.
