About me

Whether you’re stuck and struggling or determined to grow personally and professionally, I bring knowledge, structure, support and accountability to help you figure things out, take action, and create real, lasting change.

I’m Gordon McCrorie — also known as The Happiness Guy. I'm a Glasgow-based life and executive coach (with over 100 5-star reviews on Google) working with clients across the UK and beyond.

I specialise in two main areas:

1. Helping people solve the problems that are making life harder than it needs to be — things like stress, low confidence, overwhelm, poor habits, difficult relationships, or simply feeling stuck or off-track.

2. Helping high performers — or those who want to become high performers grow, develop, and reach the next level in their mindset, career, wellbeing, or life as a whole.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have over 10 years experience as a full time life and executive coach and have a BSc (Hons) degree in Exercise & Health Science and have also trained as a Neuro Linguistic Programming Coach.

You can contact the Life Coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
