About me

Hello, I'm Gemma. Are you or your child recently diagnosed with Autism/ADHD? Do you suspect you might be neurodiverse? Are you looking for space to discuss, explore and understand a new neurodiversity diagnosis?

I create neuro-affirming sessions to help you to identify and utilise your unique strengths, understand your challenges, and move forwards without the pressure to “fix” who you are.

My work also extends to working with clients to improve workplace performance by identifying and tackling professional goals.

What to expect in your sessions:

My coaching style is nurturing, balanced with gentle challenge and a touch of humour. During our sessions, we will create an environment, which is yours to explore.

Your coaching space will offer:

  • Space for you to talk and be listened to.
  • Reflection to consider where you are and where you would like to go.
  • Space to think about how your diagnosis shows up for you.
  • A chance to unpick what’s getting in the way of your clarity, confidence, or growth.
  • Time to plan ways to move forwards, at your pace.

In addition to my ICF-accredited coaching qualification, my experience is grounded in a Psychology degree. Over the last 20 years, I’ve supported hundreds of families and young people in my role as both Assistant Headteacher and Inclusion Manager.

As a senior leader myself, I understand the realities and challenges of leadership, and I’m experienced in working with small business clients.

If you have any questions or would like to connect, I warmly invite you to contact me via email or book in a free, no-pressure discovery call.
