About me

Hello, I’m Gemma.

Whether you’ve recently been diagnosed with Autism or ADHD, have started recognising neurodivergent traits in yourself, or simply feel that some things are more of a struggle than you’d like, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, lacking in confidence, or simply be in need of an energy shake-up.

Whatever brings you here, coaching can offer you space to make sense of where you are and explore what you’d like to do next. I offer neuro-affirming sessions to help you move forwards without the pressure to “fix” who you are.

My coaching style is nurturing and balanced with gentle challenge and a touch of humour. During our sessions, we will create an environment that is yours to explore.

Your Coaching Space will offer:

  • Space for you to be listened to
  • Time for reflection, to consider where you are and where you would like to be
  • Space to explore how neurodivergence may show up for you
  • An opportunity to explore your strengths and talents
  • A chance to unpick what’s getting in the way of your clarity, confidence, or growth
  • Support to recognise patterns that may be holding you back
  • Time to consider the changes you want to make

With a Psychology degree, an ICF-accredited coaching qualification and over 20 years’ experience in education, inclusion and neurodiversity, I bring both professional knowledge and real-world experience to my coaching.

Alongside supporting clients with neurodivergence, my work also extends to coaching in wellbeing, building confidence, workplace challenges and achieving professional goals.

If you’re curious about whether coaching could help, I warmly invite you to book a free, no-pressure discovery call — an opportunity to have a chat, see if we’re a good fit, and ask any questions you may have.
