My Background & Journey

My journey into coaching has been shaped by both personal experience and professional development. Growing up around adversity and difficult life experiences gave me an early understanding of stress, resilience, emotional wellbeing, and the importance of rebuilding confidence and direction over time. I became increasingly interested in personal development, behaviour change, and understanding how people move forward after difficult periods in life.

Alongside coaching, I’ve also worked as a gardener and have always felt strongly connected to nature and the outdoors. From a young age, woodland and green spaces became places of calm, reflection, and recovery, and those roots in nature still influence my approach today.

Over the years, I’ve worked across health, wellbeing, community, horticultural, and support settings, alongside training in life coaching, health & wellbeing coaching, counselling skills, behaviour change, NLP, mental health awareness, and Social & Therapeutic Horticulture.

Today, I offer supportive, person-centred coaching focused on wellbeing, confidence, resilience, habits, balance, and meaningful life change. I provide online life coaching for people across the UK and internationally, alongside individual in-person coaching sessions in North Somerset.

I also offer outdoor wellbeing sessions and Social & Therapeutic Horticulture, using nature and outdoor spaces to support emotional wellbeing, growth, reflection, and recovery from stress and overwhelm.
