I am a dedicated Life Coach with a background in Health and Wellbeing Coaching and over 20 years’ experience supporting people across community, health and therapeutic settings.

I support you with emotions, lifestyle, habits, goal setting, performance, life transitions and personal growth. My coaching is supportive, practical and forward-focused, helping you build confidence, gain clarity and take positive steps towards the life you want.

My professional experience includes working as an NHS Health Trainer, a Mental Healthcare Assistant within an NHS rehabilitation service and a Youth Worker. I also volunteer with Somerset MindLine, providing confidential emotional support to people experiencing difficult times.

Alongside coaching, I have been self-employed as a gardener since 2000 and have a longstanding interest in therapeutic horticulture and nature-based wellbeing.

I believe lasting change develops through partnership, self-awareness and practical action. I provide a welcoming, non-judgemental space where you can recognise your strengths, explore your choices and move forward with greater confidence, purpose and resilience

Ethical Practitioner; I offer safe, non-clinical coaching that can stand alone or complement other support, with signposting, referrals and professional networks used when appropriate.
