My goal is to help you to discover how you have think and feel so that you can take control of your own actions.   By providing you with an opportunity to explore your own issues, feelings, beliefs, behaviour, and map of the world, so you can become more self-aware and achieve greater independence.

 I have a substantial amount of work experience and training in this field, as well as the required coaching certifications. Certification assures my standards are set high whilst reinforcing professional coaching as a distinct and self-regulating profession.

My professional experience and training

NHS Mental Healthcare assistant

Mental health care assistant caring for patients in a residential hospital. My duties include assisting patients with daily activities, checking vital signs and working under the supervision of qualified nursing staff when necessary.

NHS Health Trainer

My work was on a one-to-one basis, and with groups of people, delivering group sessions on behaviour change and health improvement. As a health trainer, I was knowledgeable about the health and wellbeing. I worked within community working with hard-to-reach, and disadvantaged groups such as the homeless, unemployed and those with drug, alcohol and addiction problems.

YMCA Project leader (gardening)

Project leader using gardening based activities to helps young people to improve their social and development needs and involves them gaining skills and improve their life chances in order to create a better future for themselves and their communities.

Council Youth Worker

As a youth worker, as part of a team, I helped organise and run leisure activities aimed at young with learning disabilities aged between 11 and 18. Build their confidence and life skills so that they can make a successful transition to adulthood.

Independent Visitor Youth Worker Freelance

Providing one to one support and befriending to a young people growing up in foster care.  

Weston Hospice Bereavement Support

Trained bereavement volunteer, I offered emotional support to people affected by bereavement. Providing a space for clients to talk about their bereavement, and provide support through bereavement process.

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

I work with small groups of people or with individuals on a one-to-one basis, delivering individually-tailored life coaching sessions.
