MY LIFE COACHING SESSIONS 

£30 per hour:  I deliver online and in person life coaching sessions. My sessions are structured, directional and interactive, and are booked by the hour.

I am trained to listen, and ask powerful questions, I use popular coaching models, along with elements of therapeutic approaches such as person-centred therapy, solution focused therapy and CBT. I will encourage you to take charge of your own thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviours, so you can become more self-aware and achieve a greater independence.

Mental health care assistant caring for patients in a residential hospital. My duties include assisting patients with daily activities, checking vital signs and working under the supervision of qualified nursing staff when necessary.

NHS Health Trainer

My work was on a one-to-one basis, and with groups of people, delivering group sessions on behaviour change and health improvement. As a health trainer, I was knowledgeable about the health and wellbeing. I worked within community working with hard-to-reach, and disadvantaged groups such as the homeless, unemployed and those with drug, alcohol and addiction problems.
