About me

I can support you with personal transformation, addressing limiting beliefs or baggage that you may be carrying from the past, achieving personal goals and career/leadership/executive coaching. I can help you with motivation, low self esteem, communication, confidence, relationships, fears and phobias and personal development. I also deliver TimeLine Therapy (this addresses negative emotions like anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt) and hypnosis depending on your individual needs.

I offer a free initial telephone conversation to establish what you want to achieve. During this call I will outline how the coaching will work, timescales and how many sessions I think you will need in order to address the issue.

Coaching sessions can be online using Zoom or Microsoft Teams, in person (COVID restrictions permitting) either indoors at my office or outdoors. I have coached clients during COVID in an outdoor setting as part of a "walk and talk" session.

There will be outcomes/actions at the end of each session. You will be in total control over what these are. The coaching space is a  safe environment.

Key details

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

I have wheelchair access at my home office and can see clients in person in this space (COVID restrictions permitting). I also have an office at Millburn Complementary Therapy Centre, this also has wheelchair access.
