As an ILM accredited coach and NLP Practitioner my only focus is to help you make the shift you want or need.

Coaching with me is all about your journey of discovery, illumination, positivity, simplicity, and self-awareness. Intentionally one well-considered action at a time to create the shift or change that you want or need. I create a safe, comfortable, and creative space for you to have total thinking and feeling freedom, to self-reflect, to find and hold deeper meaning for your life and to encourage you to stay true to yourself.

I have a suite of diagnostic tools available that will help increase your self-awareness and transform how you go about your life and your relationships. I am proud to be an accredited coach in the ground-breaking transformation tool PRINT®. 

All these tools broaden your understanding of you, to support you in understanding how to unlock your purpose, happiness and develop strategies to focus on the activities, situations and beliefs that bring the most light to your life.

It is so important to feel safe, comfortable and free to get the best out of a coaching session. If you want to get away come and join me in my cosy  garden office. Or let's get benefits of fresh air and nature and get out walking and talking – why not get those steps up whilst we work through your issues or make plans for your future. Sometimes we might want to meet somewhere of your choosing and that works fine for me too – it’s your coaching after all.

Sessions will be a mix of diagnostic debriefs, exploring limiting beliefs, doing some activities that unravel and untangle, planning and shaping plans. We might get the flipchart out and do some drawing or take some time to slow down and reflect.

My role is to use my coaching skills to serve you – that’s why I exist - skilled with knowing how to say the right thing at the right time or not to get you the results. Being your coach, cheer leader or challenger I will forever seek after your light and ways you can make it shine even more brightly, helping you find inspiration and begin believing in your unknown or long-forgotten hopes and dreams.
