ADHD, Relationship & Emotional Wellbeing Coach

Have you ever felt like you're carrying everything alone?

Many of the people who come to me are capable, caring and outwardly successful, yet privately they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted or stuck in patterns they can't seem to break.

Some are navigating ADHD and struggling with procrastination, emotional overwhelm, self-sabotage or burnout.

Others are facing challenges in their relationships and longing for greater connection, understanding and intimacy.

Many simply feel they've lost touch with themselves somewhere along the way.

My role is to help you find your way back.

As an ICF-accredited coach with additional counselling and psychotherapy training, I offer a warm, compassionate and practical approach to change. I create a space where clients feel deeply supported whilst also being gently challenged to move forward.

ADHD Coaching

ADHD is often misunderstood.

"I came to Erin at a time when I felt like I’d lost connection with myself. As a therapist, I’ve always been self aware and very much in touch with my emotions, so this was not a comfortable place to be. 

Having tried my usual tools to reconnect, I felt that it would be great to try something new and was drawn to coaching as opposed to therapy.
