About me
I am an experienced coach who prioritises creativity, connection, and co-creating a space in my coaching sessions. I work with clients to support them being the author of their own story - in other words, approaching their life with intentionality by understanding themselves, their goals, their strengths, and curating a day-to-day life as well as longer term goals that fit with the story they want to live.
This includes areas such as personal and professional development, wellbeing, work/life balance, family planning, career development, and creative practice.
As well as being a fully qualified coach, I have also edited as well as authored a chapter in a volume published by Routledge (2025) on coaching independent learners.
Co-creating the coaching space so it is individualised to the client and their unique needs is at the heart of what I do. With that in mind, I can provide a wide range of adjustments to my sessions including coaching by email, audio-only coaching, coaching via journaling practice, and 'walk and talk' coaching.

It can also be useful for career development. For example, a coaching session identifying values and life planning that then supports the client with creating a job application.
