About me
Hi, I'm Emily and I'm an experienced Coach and an advocate for thriving slowly.
Thriving slowly is an amalgamation of two things that are important to me:
- Slowing down to find joy in the everyday. It’s about opting out of the hustle and expectation that we need to push ourselves to the point of burnout to be ‘valuable’. It’s about leaning into what feels good, putting our wellbeing first and making sure we are keeping our energy levels topped up so that we can enjoy all that life has to offer.
- Defining our own version of success, and working towards goals that are meaningful to us as individuals, away from the noise of expectation. It’s about still being able to be ambitious and dream big, but to work towards our goals in a way that is sustainable and joyful. It’s about doing it in a way that allows us to thrive and enjoy the journey, as well as the final destination.
It feels like we have been told that we can’t have both - if we have big dreams and ambitious goals we must work tirelessly to achieve them, or if we want to slow down and enjoy life we have to be happy with our lot and not have dreams we are working towards.
But I disagree with this, I believe we can have both and that’s what i’m passionate about exploring, both in my own life, and with the work I do with my clients

A little bit about me…
I live on the border of South West London and Surrey with my boyfriend and I love to travel (I always have my next holiday planned!), am a keen reader, and adore scribbling my thoughts and dreams in notebooks. My friends and family will also tell you that I’m a renowned chocolate lover!
What is coaching with me like?
I offer a range of different coaching packages depending on your needs, from one-off sessions to blocks of sessions. Sessions tend to be online, but if you prefer in-person coaching then this is something we can absolutely discuss.
Each one of us is unique and so I take a client-led approach and make sure that the sessions are tailored to your needs. I will become your biggest cheerleader as well as accountability partner to make sure you’re staying on track.
I have coached people on a whole range of topics, from career and leadership, to wellbeing, lifestyle, and managing stress and anxiety; helping people to feel more confident, resilient, and empowered.
Workshops
I also frequently run workshops (often free of charge) on a range of topics helping people to learn new ways to support their wellbeing and to be able to thrive in this fast-paced world. Please have a look at my website or Instagram page for all my upcoming workshops.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have an ICF Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching (October 2022).
I have also worked as a People Leadership Coach for an apprenticeship provider, supporting aspiring and new leaders to build their own authentic leadership style, navigate workplace challenges and to achieve their professional development objectives.
I have done over 200 coaching hours and regularly undertake CPD to ensure I can support my clients in the best possible way.

Additional information
Price per session will depend on how many sessions you commit to.
- 1 x 90 minute session = £135
- 3 x 60 minute sessions = £260
- 6 x 60 minute session = £500

These prices are for online sessions. I am very happy to do in-person sessions but please note that this will have an additional charge to cover travel and room hire.
