About me

Hi there, I’m Lizzy, a Mind–Body & Nervous System Coach supporting individuals navigating anxiety, stress, and nervous system overwhelm.

My work gently bridges the space between mind and body, helping you understand your patterns, your symptoms, and the ways your system responds to stress, so you can begin to soften self-pressure and rebuild steadiness from within.

The people I work with come from many different backgrounds and life circumstances, but they often share a common experience: feeling that their nervous system has been under pressure for longer than they realise. Some are navigating anxiety or stress while continuing to manage the demands of everyday life. Others are experiencing overwhelm that is beginning to affect their wellbeing more noticeably. Some are also receiving medical or therapeutic support and are looking for a complementary approach that helps them better understand their patterns and feel more actively involved in their wellbeing.

Each session is a space to slow down and explore what feels most present for you.

You’re welcome to bring a specific challenge, emotion, pattern, or experience from your week, or simply arrive as you are.

Some sessions may feel more client-led, shaped by what feels alive in the moment. Others may be more gently guided, especially when things feel unclear, overwhelming, or difficult to articulate.

This means you don’t need to know exactly what to work on before you arrive.

Where helpful, I may offer simple reflections, grounding practices, or supportive exercises between sessions.

Additional information

I offer standalone sessions, and you are welcome to book a single session to explore a supportive pause when you need clarity, grounding, or relief. If you wish for a deeper supportive journey, for long-standing or chronic issues, lasting calm, and sustainable wellbeing, I offer discount when you sign up for 3 or more sessions.

Discovery call:

I offer a free 30-minute Discovery Alignment Call via phone or video chat - an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to see if we're a fit, and discuss what's showing up in your life and explore if my support is right for you.

Our following sessions:

I recommend at least 6 sessions to fully experience the wonderful transformation that my coaching can bring. Our sessions are 60-minutes in length, held online, and at a frequency that works for you.
