Areas of coaching I deal with
Other areas of coaching I deal with
I specialise in helping people to address their negative thought patterns and to use modern neuroscientific discoveries to allow themselves to heal past traumas and move towards positive and successful thinking.
I have worked with many clients experiencing difficulties in their relationships, especially in family life, and enabling them to make changes that allow them to create the day to day family life they seek.
I also offer specialist ikigai coaching, to help you discover your life's hidden meaning. By uncovering your ikigai, or life's hopes, you can begin to realise the silent truth behind all your motivations.
£50.00 per session
Free initial telephone or online session
My sessions are £50 per hour and I also offer bespoke packages for those that are experiencing financial hardships. I fundamentally believe that life coaching should be available to all based on need and not income.
I am happy to be flexible and so offer sessions throughout the day to fit in with the needs of each client.
I am a mother of two children whom I have home schooled since infancy. I am committed to a life of change and opportunity beyond the confines of the expectations of society. I do not believe in assumptions or limitations or comfortable pigeon holing. I believe we are all unique and that it is our very uniqueness that gives us our strength.
