About us
Many of my clients are highly capable, intelligent people who appear to be coping well on the outside, yet privately feel overwhelmed, exhausted, stuck, or frustrated by patterns they cannot seem to change.
They may struggle with ADHD-related challenges, burnout, procrastination, perfectionism, self-doubt, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, or balancing the demands of work, family, and everyday life. Often, they have spent years pushing themselves hard, achieving a great deal, while quietly paying the price in stress, exhaustion, or reduced wellbeing.
As a Chartered Coaching Psychologist and Counselling Psychologist with over 17 years' experience, I combine evidence-based coaching with in-depth psychological expertise. My approach helps clients understand what is driving their challenges, develop practical strategies that work in real life, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I have a particular interest in ADHD coaching, including Access to Work funded support, helping professionals improve focus, organisation, confidence, emotional regulation, productivity, and work-life balance.
Whether you are navigating a major life transition, seeking greater fulfilment, or looking to overcome barriers that are holding you back, I provide a supportive, collaborative space to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
