Supervision details
I provide coaching supervision for coaches seeking a supportive, reflective, and developmental space to enhance their practice, build confidence, and navigate the challenges of client work.
As a Chartered Coaching & Counselling Psychologist with over 17 years' experience, I bring a unique combination of coaching expertise and in-depth psychological knowledge. My supervision approach is collaborative, thought-provoking, and tailored to the individual needs and experience level of each coach.
Supervision can support you to:
• Reflect on your coaching practice and professional development
• Explore challenges and ethical considerations in client work
• Build confidence and strengthen your coaching identity
• Develop your skills and effectiveness as a coach
• Manage boundaries and maintain wellbeing
• Work safely with clients experiencing stress, burnout, ADHD-related challenges, anxiety, overwhelm, or other complex presentations
A particular strength of my supervision is helping coaches think psychologically about their work. Alongside coaching models, I bring expertise in psychological formulation, Cognitive Behavioural Theory (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Theory (ACT), Compassion Focused approaches, Motivational Interviewing, reflective practice, and trauma-informed practice. This supports coaches to better understand client patterns, barriers to change, motivation, values, and behaviour, particularly when working with ADHD, burnout, perfectionism, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and other complex presentations.
I welcome coaches at all stages of their professional journey, from those building their practice to experienced coaches seeking a reflective space for ongoing growth and development.
Sessions are available online across the UK.
For more than 120 years, BPS have championed psychology, psychologists and the wider psychological professions. Their register of Coaching Psychologists has been developed to provide recognition for coaching psychologists and the profession of coaching psychology, allowing registrants to differentiate their services as a coaching psychologist and gain acknowledgement of their coaching psychology expertise.
