About me
Navigating late-discovered ADHD is exhausting isn't it? Guilt, shame, burnout, grief, confusion about who the 'real you' even is.
I've been there. I was diagnosed with inattentive type ADHD at 36, and it was hard to find support that worked with all the different parts of my life – so I created The Inner Chaos Club for people who feel lost, disconnected from themselves, and relentlessly overwhelmed.
The aim isn't to try 'fixing' your ADHD, it's to change your relationship with it, and in turn, improve your relationship with yourself.
The outcome? The world around you becomes easier to manage, so that you can enjoy your life, rather than just surviving it.
My approach is deep and personal, with a touch of humour to create a friendly, safe, judgement-free space. Offering 1:1 sessions where you can be open about what's going on, and make long-lasting change.
I'm an ICF trained life coach, and certified ADHD Coach, with a formal education in psychology and counselling, and 500+ coaching hours since 2022.
