About me

You hold it together for everyone else. But who holds it together for you?

I'm a Master's-qualified Coach specialising in confidence, self-esteem, anxiety, and emotional wellbeing. I use a counselling-informed approach that blends coaching, CBT, and hypnotherapy to help you understand what's holding you back and build lasting change from the inside out.

For the 'Stuck' but Motivated

Rebuild Your Boundaries and Self-Worth

What would change in your life if you stopped over-accommodating everyone else and finally recovered your own voice? Many of the people I work with look incredibly capable on the outside, but underneath, they are navigating deep internal frustration, struggling with low self-esteem, confidence, anxiety or depression. They are motivated, empathetic individuals who have fallen into the trap of putting everyone else first, people-pleasing, saying "yes" when they mean "no," holding back in moments that matter, and feeling emotionally drained from constantly managing other people's expectations. If you feel "stuck" in these patterns, my role is to help you process the underlying emotional layers, assert your boundaries, and rebuild your self-worth from the inside out.

Why I dedicate my practice to this

Early in my therapeutic career, I realized that the people doing the most for everyone else were often the ones suffering the most in silence. I saw highly motivated, deeply empathetic individuals running on empty because their default response was always to accommodate. Standard advice to "just set boundaries" isn't enough when people-pleasing is masking a deeper fear of letting others down. I built this practice specifically to help you break that exhausting cycle, so your empathy becomes your strength, rather than the reason you lose your voice.

Hybrid Counselling & Coaching

Because you are motivated to change but caught in deep-rooted patterns, you likely need a comprehensive framework rather than just open-ended talking. That is why I offer a true hybrid approach. We use Counselling and Psychotherapy to safely process past experiences and understand why you lose your voice or over-accommodate others. Then, we seamlessly blend in strategic Life Coaching, CBT, and NLP to build future confidence, assertiveness, and clear action plans. We don't just talk about the problem; we identify the root cause and give you the tools to break through. The result? Healthier boundaries, the ability to assert yourself without guilt, and genuine confidence in the direction of your life.
