About me
Having originally trained as a Child Psychotherapist, I have a deep understanding of the unconscious mind and use this as a foundation for my life coaching practice. Combining my therapeutic background with the life coaching techniques has given me the skills to help others reach their true potential, feel fulfilled, and transform their lives.
By creating a safe and supportive space, I will work with you to explore your inner world, rewire the subconscious patterns that have kept you stuck, overcome challenges, eliminate self-doubt and achieve your personal goals.
My areas of expertise in coaching are midlife, maternity/parenting, life transitions, bereavement and relationships (including separation and divorce).
Together we will:

Training, qualifications & experience
I'm a Certified Practitioner in life coaching, NLP and time line therapy.
I am also a qualified Child Psychotherapist (BSc Hons, MA) with further training and experience in trauma, attachment, peri-natal development, observational studies, EMDR, Polyvagal theory, bereavement, addiction, family dynamics, IFS, anxiety disorders, neuroscience, relationships and families affected by parental suicide.
I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge from a variety of settings as a Child psychotherapist, including a special care baby unit, a children's hospice, an alcohol and drug centre, schools, family centres, a programme for children with anxiety disorders and in private practice.
As a life coach, I have specialised in midlife, maternity/parenting, life transitions, bereavement and relationships (including separation and divorce).
